Many times I find situations where the daily processes get bogged down with misguided priorities and the big picture objectives get lost. The financial reporting becomes fragmented, meaningless, untimely or too late to matter.  These situations are my specialty helping to get things back on track.

Many times, outside guidance is need to help with large or complex projects. My consulting services are designed to help you weed through the project deals presented and to provide meaningful and objective analysis and solutions.

Sometimes the terms are truly complex, but fair, as negotiated and clarification may be needed.  But many times the terms are predatory with the objective of taking advantage of the customer.

My services are totally objective, I have no agenda or ties to service providers. My services are fee based. I offer free initial consultations in order to get you started on the right track or to answer your questions on the next step.
